Deliverable: Logo
The client was a startup app for buying, selling, and collecting minerals online and their marketing specialist reached out to me requesting a logo they could use across their platforms.
Process
I determined that they would need a responsive logo that could be scaled up or down depending on the interface it would be used on.
Results
The final selected logo showcased one of their favorite mineral examples in their collection, simplified so it didn’t become muddled in smaller iterations. The rest of the logo was as minimalist as possible for three reasons - to play off the naming, to serve as a contrast to the complexities of minerals, and to not detract from the focus on each screen, which should always be the minerals themselves.
